Meet the Team

The people behind your run.

To make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, we'd like to introduce you to the team who are here to support you every step of the way. Photographs to follow.

Your first point of contact
Theatre Manager

Jill Eason

Jill is your first point of contact for all queries apart from artwork and social media. She handles contracts, check-ins, theatre visits, technical requirements and ticket issues, and also manages the theatre staff.

Jill is always ready to assist with any concerns or questions you may have, but please allow 2–3 days for a response. If something is genuinely urgent, also email hello@hopestreettheatre.com with the word URGENT in the subject line.

Theatre Directors

Sam Donovan & Nick Rogers

You may also hear from Sam and Nick, our Directors. They support Jill where needed to help ensure visiting shows run smoothly.

Between them, Sam and Nick have substantial experience across venue management, visiting productions, large-scale theatre projects and professional shows. Day-to-day contact will usually be through Jill, but Sam and Nick may become involved where additional planning, oversight or decision-making is required.

Technicians & Front of House Managers

If you visit us regularly you'll be familiar with our team of technicians — including Jon, Gareth, Evan and Cal — who work the shows. Their role is to ensure the technical side runs smoothly so the experience is seamless for both performers and audience.

Front of House Managers look after your audience from the moment they arrive: door checks, programmes, accessibility support and any incidents during the show. They report to the Theatre Manager and work closely with our technicians on the night.

Not sure who to contact? Email theatremanager@hopestreettheatre.com and Jill will route your query to the right person.
